Our devices also collect engine data and vehicle location data as required for the Clean Truck Check Test; California will not accept test data without this information.
Payment Information: If you subscribe or make payments, we collect billing details processed securely via third-party providers like Stripe. We do not store full payment card information.
Technical Information: Standard server logs automatically record non-personal data such as IP addresses, browser types, referring pages, access times, and device information for operational purposes like site security, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Note that device manufacturers may retain provisioning data (e.g., VIN, license, registration state) as well as engine data and location data for longer periods, over which we have no knowledge or control. When information is no longer needed by us, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with:

Service Providers: Third parties like Stripe for payments, Google for analytics, device manufacturers for provisioning and data collection (including engine and location data), and hosting providers for site operation. These are bound by confidentiality and use data only for our purposes.
