About Our 100% On-Time Testing GuaranteeTM
If a Clean Truck Check test cannot be completed due to device malfunction or cellular connectivity issues, and the issue cannot be resolved remotely, SMART CTC will provide a manual test by a CARB-Credentialed HDIM Tester of our choosing at any location in Southern California. Guarantee claims must be submitted between 30 and 7 calendar days before the test deadline. For example, if a test deadline is July 15, claims may be submitted no earlier than June 15 and no later than July 8. Test results are not and cannot be guaranteed. On-time testing guarantee void where prohibited by law.
